By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using this site, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

THERZY manages garment production between fashion brands and vetted manufacturers in Turkey: product development, fabric and factory sourcing, production management, quality control and logistics. The scope of work for a given order is agreed with you before production begins.

Access to the customer platform is granted through a referral code issued to your company. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

An order is confirmed once we agree its specification, quantity, price and delivery timeline with you in writing. Prices quoted are costed per garment and include fabric, trims, making, quality control and our margin, unless stated otherwise. We may decline an order we consider unviable at the volume or timeline requested, and will tell you why.

Payment terms are agreed per order or per company account and stated on the relevant invoice or quote. Production may be paused if payment is overdue beyond the agreed terms.

Patterns, specifications and samples developed for your product belong to your brand. We do not offer a product developed for you to any other customer. You are responsible for ensuring that any designs, trademarks or specifications you provide to us do not infringe a third party's rights.

Personal data collected through your account and orders is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We carry out quality control at the stages described in our process, and we report issues as they arise rather than at final inspection. You are responsible for approving samples and specifications before bulk production begins — approved specifications are the reference for the whole order.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a given order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your account at any time by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misuses the referral system, or is inactive for an extended period, after giving reasonable notice where practical.

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you hold under EU law.

We may update these terms as our services change. Material changes will be noted with a new date at the top of this page; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
