We manage the process through to finished goods, giving you one commercial relationship and one point of accountability throughout production.
One point of contact
A single team runs your programme end to end. Nothing is passed through a chain of agents or intermediaries.
Decisions in writing
Fabric, fit, colour and packing are approved in writing, and those approvals are what the factory is measured against.
Problems Caught Early
A production issue identified early can be managed. The same issue discovered at the end can affect timing, quality and delivery readiness.
A typical programme
- Phase 1
Brief and feasibility
Product reviewed, target price and quantity agreed, fabric direction proposed.
- Phase 2
Development and sourcing
Specification defined, fabrics and trims selected, production requirements reviewed and costs established.
- Phase 3
Sampling
Proto and fit samples developed, with the pre-production sample reviewed and approved before production begins.
- Phase 4
Production
Bulk fabric delivered and inspected, cutting and sewing scheduled, inline checks run.
- Phase 5
Inspection and shipment readiness
Final inspection against the approved sample, followed by packing, labelling and preparation for collection or shipment.
Timelines vary by product, materials and order requirements. Repeat orders on an approved product are typically more straightforward and can move faster.
Common questions
It depends on the fabric and the construction rather than on a single company rule. Jersey programmes start lower than woven outerwear, and a fabric held in stock allows a smaller run than one that must be woven for you. We will give you a straight answer on your specific product before you commit to anything.
Yes. A first programme takes more development work and we plan for that — the honest constraint is usually the fabric minimum, not the sewing. We will tell you early if a product is not viable at the volume you are planning.
Yes. Istanbul is a short flight from most of Europe, and visiting during sampling or production is welcomed. If you cannot travel, we send photographs and measurement reports at each stage.
You do. Patterns, specifications and samples developed for your product belong to your brand, and we do not offer your product to anyone else.
You receive a costed price per garment that includes the fabric, the trims, the making, the quality control and our margin. There are no separate agency fees or per-visit charges.
