Fashion Production
for your company
We develop, source and manage fashion production for fashion brands across Europe, from the first sample to the final delivery.
01 — What we do
Production,
without the
complexity.
From the first sample to shipment readiness, THERZY runs the production process between European fashion brands and vetted manufacturers in Türkiye.
Brands come to us with a sketch, a reference garment or a finished tech pack. We help develop the product, select the fabric, place it with the right factory and stay on the floor until it ships. You work with one partner, one point of contact and one invoice, not a chain of agents.
02 — Capabilities
What we
take on.
Six disciplines, run by one team. Take all of them, or the ones you are missing.
We help shape your initial concept into a production ready direction, advising on fabric, trims, print, embroidery and construction choices while coordinating the technical development needed for manufacturing.
Fabric selection against your hand feel, weight, composition and price target. Knits, wovens, denim, technical and certified sustainable options.
We match each product to a facility that genuinely specializes in making it, not whichever line is free. Capacity, machinery, minimums and compliance are checked before anything is placed. Every stage is handled by experienced specialists.
Material inspection, sample approval, inline checks during production and a final AQL inspection before shipment. Reports and photographs are shared as the order moves.
One team follows the order daily: cutting, sewing, washing, finishing. You receive a clear status instead of chasing updates across time zones and languages.
Packing, labelling and carton specifications to your standard, with finished goods prepared and ready for collection or onward shipment.
03 — Process
From idea
to delivery.
Seven stages. We handle all of them, and you approve at every point where a decision affects the product.
- 01
Brief
Sketches, references or a tech pack. We agree on target price, quantity and delivery window.
- 02
Product development
Construction, fit and specification worked out until the product is manufacturable.
- 03
Material & Details
Fabric and trims selected, production matched to the product, requirements and volume.
- 04
Sampling
We manage proto, fit and pre-production samples for approval, establishing the reference point for all production that follows.
- 05
Production
Bulk fabric booked, cutting and sewing scheduled, progress reported through the run.
- 06
Quality control
Inline checks during production and a final inspection against the approved sample.
- 07
Shipment Readiness
Packing, labelling and carton preparation to your standard, with finished goods ready for collection and shipment.
- —
Production timelines begin once sampling is approved and depend on fabric availability, product complexity and order volume.
04 — Consulting
Product consulting,
free of charge.
Before anything is produced, we work through the product in detail. Most production issues are prevented early through the right choices in fabric, construction, trims and finishing.
That conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. If we are not the right partner for what you are making, we will say so.
Questions we answer every week
We work back from your target retail and construction. Composition, weight and finish are chosen to hit the price without compromising the hand or the drape.
Not always. We flag construction that won't survive volume production before you commit. Seam allowance, grading and trims are checked against what the factory floor can actually hold.
A 200-piece capsule and a 5,000-piece reorder require different production setups. We make sure the machinery, capacity and minimums are appropriate for the product and order volume.
Pricing is structured around materials, production, finishing and quality control, with clear visibility on what is included in each cost.
Usually, it starts with an early product decision, the wrong fabric, an unresolved construction detail or a finish that has not been properly tested. We identify those risks before production begins.
05 — Quality
Quality is
managed,
not assumed.
Quality is not a final inspection. It is built into the process from the start and checked continuously throughout production against the agreed standard.
Fabric checked for weight, shade, shrinkage and faults before cutting begins.
A signed pre-production sample becomes the reference for the entire order.
Measurements and construction verified on the line while the run is still correctable.
Daily contact with the floor. Delays are reported when they happen, not at shipment.
AQL inspection against the approved sample, with a written report and photographs.
06 — Reach
Made in TÜRKİYE.
Delivered across Europe.
Istanbul sits three days by road from most of Western Europe and a few hours by air. Short lead times, small minimums and the ability to visit the floor when it matters.
07 — FAQ
Questions,
answered.
The things brands ask before their first order. If yours isn't here, write to us.
We run the production process for fashion brands from a first sketch or sample to a finished, shipped garment — development, fabric and factory sourcing, production management, quality control and logistics, under one roof.
We are based in Istanbul and produce for European fashion brands, from first-time labels to established houses running repeat programmes.
No. We place your product with a factory that actually runs that category as its core business, not whichever line happens to be free — you never deal with the factory directly.
That is normal, not a problem. Product development is one of the six things we do — we take a sketch, a reference garment or a rough idea and turn it into a producible specification.
Yes. Product consulting costs nothing and comes with no obligation. If we are not the right partner for what you are making, we say so.
Write to us with the product you have in mind. We will come back with how we would make it, roughly what it costs and how long it takes.
